Downtown Neighborhood Association

We are the neighborhood association for LaCrosse's downtown. See the image on the left for our boundaries.

Our mission is to promote a better neighborhood and community through group action and to facilitate implementation of our neighborhood plan which will be a multi year plan established by this association in collaboration with the City of La Crosse.
