The Powell Poage Hamilton (PPH) Neighborhood Association is an association for all neighbors (owners or renters) living in the PPH neighborhood. The boundaries of the neighborhood are Green Bay Street to Jackson Street and West Avenue to 3rd/South Avenue. See the map below for an illustration.
